Dear Parents / Carers It gives me great pleasure, on behalf of Life Church Bollington, to welcome you to the launch of How to Drug Proof Your Kids (DPYK). DPYK is a practical, interactive course consisting of six 2 hour sessions aimed at parents of 8-14 year olds. Parents are the greatest influence in their child’s life. Therefore DPYK focuses on the important role a parent, (or significant carer), can play in reducing the risk of harmful drug and alcohol use. DPYK is a preventative course giving parents the skills and knowledge to help prepare and equip their children to make wise, healthy choices during their adolescent years. DPYK will be held at 7.30 p.m. on Wednesday evenings from 30 th October to 4th December 2013 at: Life Church Hawthorn Road Bollington SK10 5JN Refreshments will be provided.
