HAYFIELD LANE PRIMARY BELIEVE AND ACHIEVE 27th March 2015 Well today was a great end to a super week. The children have had a wonderful time on their residential. They will all be tired (including the staff) but will have some great memories that I am sure they will always cherish. Thank-you to Mrs John-Lewis, Miss Ward, Miss Liddle and Mrs Wigglesworth for giving up time with their families to make the visit possible. The children have loved every minute. We all enjoyed our themed events and are all ready to enjoy the holidays. Take a look at the photos. More will be placed on the website. I would like to say a SPECIAL WELL DONE TO ALL YEAR 6 who have been working so hard in their tests. We have seen such an improvement. Keep up the good work. Finally, I wish you all a wonderful Easter holiday and I look forward to seeing you after the break when we will be launching our NEW ONLINE READING PLATFORM which runs on all tablets. We had some fabulous entries for the decorated egg competition this year. Mrs Collins (our Office Manager) had the tricky job of judging. She was so good at it I think that she should do it again next year.
the parents and community enjoyed free tea,coffee, cake and hot cross buns before they went out to watch the egg rolling. A huge thank-you to GRACE CHURCH for providing this. It was much appreciated.

Please remember that during the holidays Grace Church will be holding an Easter Egg hunt and BBQ on 5th April from 10:45. Grace Church meet in the school hall. All are welcome.
