GENERAL INFORMATION Final informational athlete meeting; Monday, 3:05-3:15 in wrestling room



Practice begins Monday, November 30, from 3:15-5:15 at MJHS...practices are daily



Athletes should bring a towel and items needed to shower after practice



Come dressed in your t-shirt, shorts, and wrestling shoes



Athletes must have a sports physical and insurance waiver on file in the office before they will be allowed to practice. When these items are turned in, you will receive a “Green Card”; give this card to the coach.



Additional costs include sweats, T-shirts, and Kenshield skin protectant



Mandatory Parent Meeting: JH LMC on Tuesday, December 1 at 6:30 (park on WEST side of school and enter through the “Band Entrance”...b/c of home basketball game)


