GENERAL INFORMATION Athletes must have a sports physical and insurance waiver on file in the office before they will be allowed to practice. When these items are turned in, you will receive a “Green Card”; give this card to the coach. Additional costs include sweats, T-shirts, and Kenshield skin protectant...payments can be made at Parent Meeting Mandatory Parent Meeting: JH LMC on Tuesday, December 3 at 6:00 (park on WEST side of school and enter through the “Band Entrance”...b/c of home basketball game)

Weight classes: 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 112, 119, 126, 135, 145, 155, 167, 185, 215, and 275 lbs.
Athletes should bring a towel and items needed to shower after practice
Come dressed in your t-shirt, shorts, and wrestling shoes
