Overview Tour ★★★★★ “Healthy Habits helps you put your good intentions into action!” Most of us know what we want to change…we often even know how to do it. The problem arises because we don’t put that knowledge into action. This app was designed to help you create healthy habits, track your progress and to provide reminders.

Main View The following tour will provide an overview of how this app works and explore many of it's cool features. This is the main Habit Tracker view. Here you will quickly track your actions by clicking on the checkmark. You can also see your progress and access other features.

Create A Habit There are two ways to add a new habit from the main page. • First click on the (+) button in the upper right. • You can then choose from the Habit Library, or you can create a Custom Habit.

Habit Library You may select multiple habits to work on from the Habit Library. View habit details by clicking on the (>) button. All habits may be edited later to fit your needs. • Diet • Fitness • Mental • Social

Custom Habits To create a Custom Habit, fill out the Basics section with the habit name, choose to make or break the habit and add frequency goals. This is the ONLY required information for setting up a habit. The rest is optional!

Motivation On the optional Motivation tab, you can customize the settings for reminders and record why you are working on this habit. • Set Reminders • Define motivations • Set rewards • Use words • Use photos (premium)

Extras On the optional Extras tab, you will find more cool features such as: • Custom Statistics (Cool) • Categories for Sorting • Goals - Big picture • Nickname for privacy • Sharing / Facebook

Graphs & Charts Under the Charts & Graphs tab, you will find a wealth of charts, stats and calendar views so that you can check on your progress. Three reports come with the free version: • Success Graph

• Calendar Check • Event Log

Record Input Now that your habit is setup, you will be able to quickly record your progress by tapping on the input button (check mark) each time you want to record an action. You can also tap to access a variety of other info including: details, history, progress, & momentum. Explore!

Lots More! There is lots more to this app. The free version lets you track up to three habits and gives you access to most features. Power users should check out the in-app upgrade to access the premium version to work on unlimited habits!
