This has ranged from a ‘Live ‘Eath’ concert in aid of a local special needs school to a yearly motorcycle club rally raising tens of

thousands of pounds for local charities. Being a small club in a small community, this investment has enabled Heath RUFC to build an accessible space that everyone can benefit from and enjoy.

An effective and easy way of fundraising David says that Localgiving.com has provided them with a “focal point for donations”, making it easier for people to contribute to their fundraising efforts. Furthermore, even though they aren’t a registered charity, they are able to benefit from an additional 25% Gift Aid on eligible donations made through their Localgiving page. While the money raised has already gone a long way towards redeveloping the club’s facilities, Heath RUFC continue to look for support to further their ambitions.
