We will contact you in emergency situations and when needed or notify you via letters or phone calls if it affects your directly. If you have questions about work that is being completed or regarding the contractors onsite please contact us or a board member.

PET CLEAN-UP Unfortunately we continue to have the issue of homeowners not cleaning up after their pets. Please remember this is a community and it is important to be considerate of your neighbors. If needed the HOA will hire a company to clean up at an additional cost to the HOA.

PARKING & GARBAGE CANS It is important that you do not park in the alley’s. We need to have them clear of vehicles and garbage cans for emergencies and abide by the CC&R’s. Also please keep your garbage cans either in your garages or tucked Should you have an after hours in the breezeways to be emergency related to common areas screened from view. We please call 801.310.7858 appreciate your cooperation with these matters.
