• VVG spearheaded effort to secure Early Prop 1B funds for 132 LNG trucks • VVG worked with Daimler to develop the only heavy-duty dedicated Natural Gas truck when the LA / Long Beach Port Clean Truck Program began in 2008. • Currently running ~ 400 LNG trucks (~ 50% of all alt. fuel trucks in the harbor ) • Super low emission trucks 86% less NOx 100% elimination of diesel PM 23% GHG benefit 100% petroleum displacement & domestic low carbon fuel

JUNE 2010 ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS (7 YEAR LIFE CYCLE)
Gulf of Mexico : 210,000 gallons a day of crude oil spilling into the Gulf of Mexico - thus far ~ 37 million gallons of oil (June 2010).
10.31 gallons of diesel fuel can be refined from one barrel of crude (42 gallons of oil)
9.1 million gallons = the amount of diesel that could be refined from the spilled 37 million gallons of oil
Cal Cartage’s 400 LNG trucks will displace 13.7 million gallons of diesel use.

• 2006 - Crossroads formed. • 2008 - Formed Port Finance Acceptance Company in partnership with Daimler Truck Finance, managed Long Beach and Los Angeles Ports Clean Truck Financing Program. • 2009 – Became a qualified lender in the California Capital Access Program (CalCAP) and have been among the top lenders for trucks in the program. • 2010 – Member of California Air Resources Board (CARB) Truck Regulatory Advisory Committee, working to assist California businesses with regulations and government funding programs. • 2010 – Formed California Fleets Solutions, providing free regulatory compliance training, grant writing and other complimentary services to the California trucking industry. A one stop shop, where we simplify a complex set of issues for trucking companies. • 2011 – Crossroads will be submitting an RFP to CARB on May 13th to administer a CARB Funded Direct Loan Program.
