Hello Gulfwood Gators Swim Family! We are excited to be doing the team pics this coming week. We will start promptly at 4 and with your advance help we should be able to get the individual shots done and then take the traditional team pic. Attached is a package information and order form. Send an email to [email protected] by 7-4-17, and include the following Parent name, parent cell number as well as swimmer name List your package and any add on choices for that swimmer e.g. given below Each swimmer will have a separate order. (Your payment can be bundled the day of event) Total of your order (pricing includes handling and taxes.
Tips for swim pic time: Neutral nails, minimal jewelry, waterproof make-up, your best smile! We will be taking action pics as well. Those will be available via either “Dropbox”, or “Google” photos. I cannot guarantee every swimmer will be in an action shot, but, I will work very hard to capture lots of interactive shots of all swimmers. *I will not publish any of the spontaneous action shots. *If you will please advise me in advance if we may/may not publish an individual shot of your swimmer on our FB page and/or Instagram account @suzannegaultphotography .
