Hello Hockey Parents,
It’s time for team photos! All players, Mini-Mite through Bantams, will have individual and team pictures taken MONDAY, November 7, 2016 at the Red Baron Arena. Envelopes will be distributed at practice this week. On the day of photos, use the south side entrance and gather with your team to be called into the lobby at your designated time. The photographer is Randy Schultz from Photoworks.
Important information Jerseys and gear: Please bring both home and away jerseys and socks. Wear all hockey gear except for a helmet and bring a stick for the individual photo. Multiple players per family: For fastest processing, each child should have their own order envelope with a separate check for each player. Sibling pictures: Use a separate envelope and check for sibling photos. Additional envelopes will be available. Note the box on the bottom of the envelope labeled “Extras”. Sibling pictures may be taken after the team photo session is completed. Christmas cards/photos: If you want to use a hockey photo for Christmas products please write “Christmas” at the bottom of your envelope under the “Extras” box. There will be a sticker placed on your order indicating a proof is needed before the packages are ready, so you can place a Christmas order. Picture Schedule: Use the south door entrance. Teams will assemble together and be ready to enter the lobby area prior to pictures. Please be on time. If a player will not be able to attend picture night for any reason, inform the coach as soon as possible so the group photos are not delayed.
