HELP STRENGTHEN OUR CORE! RUACH KAVOD KEHILLAH TZEDEK LIMUD
The Annual Campaign is the core of Rashi’s fundraising program. Rashi depends on annual gifts to bridge the gap between operating expenses and income from tuition, fees and other sources. All students benefit from gifts to the Annual Campaign. The goal for the 2015 Annual Campaign is $1.21 million, which will provide approximately 12% of Rashi’s operating budget. We encourage every member of the Rashi kehillah to participate at a personally meaningful level. Thank you! Todah rabah!

SUPPORTING THE ANNUAL CAMPAIGN Each fiscal year (July 1 – June 30), Rashi raises funds through personal solicitations, fundraising appeals and special events. Unrestricted gifts to the Annual Campaign, the core of Rashi’s fundraising program, are most helpful as they support all educational and programmatic activities that Rashi undertakes. In addition, donors can support Rashi’s fundraising events, which include the annual Limud Award Celebration, a fun cocktail party, which celebrates Limud (teaching and learning), one of our core values and the Rashi Annual Dinner, a traditional gala dinner held in the spring and attended by Rashi families and members of our broader community. Our Tribute Gift program provides the opportunity to make a gift in honor or in memory of someone special during the year. Some common tributes include honoring a teacher, marking a yahrzeit of a friend or loved one, celebrating a birthday, B’nei Mitzvah, lifecycle event or other special achievement such as graduation. A tribute card is sent to the person or family you indicate.

Many companies offer a Matching Gift program to their employees or spouses. Your gift to Rashi may be doubled or even tripled. Check with your company’s human resources office for availability or details. Every contribution to the Annual Campaign has a vital impact. We strive to achieve a high percentage of parent participation as it is a key indicator for many foundations and donors from which Rashi seeks funding.
Gifts to the Annual Campaign may be made by: • Cash • Check (payable to The Rashi School) • Credit card at www.rashi.org/donate • Stocks, bonds and other securities For more information about supporting The Rashi School, please visit www.rashi.org or contact the Development Office at 781-355-7312.
