VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK RENEWAL COMMITTEE OPERATION: WE REMEMBER BERKELEY HEIGHTS HOMETOWN HERO BANNER PROGRAM

As part of our ongoing educational efforts to honor our Veterans and those currently serving in the United States military, we invite you to be part of our Hometown Hero banner program. The banner program seeks to recognize those Veterans (living or deceased) and Active Military who have lived in Berkeley Heights or currently reside or work here and have served in the the United States Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, or Coast Guard. Please complete this form and return with the requested information and photo either by email to: [email protected] or by dropping off or mailing to us at Berkeley Heights Town Hall, 29 Park Avenue, Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922.
