You could settle your debt and establish a new MasterCard account. How the program works. Call us at 1-866-950-7300 to apply for the Aventium MasterCard issued by First PREMIER® Bank, member FDIC, and discuss a settlement amount. If approved, the settlement amount will be transferred to your new MasterCard account. Your initial credit limit will be equal to the settlement amount transferred to the MasterCard account. If approved please watch the mail for your new Aventium MasterCard, a Welcome Letter, Account Opening Disclosures, Card Contract, Privacy Policy, and your first Monthly Billing Statement.
Benefits after making your first qualifying payment: Your account will be settled and the balance will be transferred to your Aventium MasterCard. First PREMIER Bank will report the new Aventium MasterCard AND your ongoing payment history to the major Consumer Reporting Agencies. You can build available credit on your Aventium MasterCard by making additional payments. You will be eligible for consideration of a credit limit increase as soon as your Credit Account has been open for 13 months.
Be sure to make your first qualifying payment on your Aventium MasterCard. Once you make your first qualifying payment, you can request a letter confirming that your debt has been settled. Failure to make your first qualifying payment will cause your Aventium MasterCard settlement arrangement to be cancelled and the total balance of your debt will again become due and subject to collection efforts. You will not have available credit on your new Aventium MasterCard when it is issued. However, your first Minimum Monthly Payment will open up available credit to use anywhere that accepts MasterCard cards (subject to your available credit). Your first minimum payment will be the greater of $30.00 or 4% of the Balance Transfer amount. The Monthly Servicing Fee will not be charged to your account until after your first payment. However, FPB has agreed not to bring legal action on any balance on your present debt initially transferred to your Aventium MasterCard. If your present debt is outside the applicable reporting period for credit reporting purposes, accepting the Aventium MasterCard will make your new MasterCard account and balance reportable to the Consumer Reporting Agencies if you fail to meet the terms of your new MasterCard, then First PREMIER Bank may report negative information about your account (your present debt transferred to your new Aventium MasterCard) to the Consumer Reporting Agencies.
