Property This immaculately presented three bedroom property is located in the heart of the city with a courtyard and private parking. Built in 2002, the property offers well-proportioned light and airy accommodation being just a few steps away from the high street, the famous Cathedral and Canterbury West railway station. The ground floor is entered via a good-sized entrance hall, the well-equipped modern kitchen has granite work-surfaces, ample wall and base units and quality integrated appliances. On the first floor, there are two double sized bedrooms, a family bath and shower room and separate W.C. On the top floor, there is a large light and airy master bedroom with built-in cupboard and en-suite shower room. The property is located in a prime city centre location and is close to the Marlowe Theatre, the Cathedral, Burgate, The Kings Mile and a wide range of shops, restaurants, and bars. There are good rail connections to London St. Pancras from Canterbury West with good road access from the A2 connecting the M2 to the Southern Motorway network.

Our Time Here It was the location that first drew us to this property; a fantastic town centre position with everything that you could possibly need within a 2-3 minute walk, including shops, restaurants and parks. We also liked the traditional style of the property and the fact that all of the properties on this development had their own individual look. We love to spend time in the bright and spacious living room, which is a common theme throughout the house and the lovely wide staircases really add to the feeling of space. The main bedroom on the top floor is high, big and quiet, perfect for escaping from the house full of grandchildren for 5 minutes! We like the fact that the house is very secure, and had extra security doors fitted both front and back as we like to travel and the ability to lock and leave the house has been great. As a relatively new property, the house is very economical to run, which is an added bonus. We enjoy being so close to Canterbury centre, and both train stations are an easy walk from the house. We like to go to London for nights out sometimes, and if you time it right, you can be in London door-to-door in about an hour – ideal for anyone who wanted to commute! We are moving just up the road as we love living in this area, but needed to move to a bigger house to accommodate our family coming to stay. We have enjoyed the community feel in Hertiage Court and the company of our lovely neighbours.
