on the HILL REAL Southern Bake and Taste - Women’s Event May 31 | 4:00PM-6:30PM | Atrium Ladies mark your calendar the REAL Southern Bake and Taste! We will begin our summer celebrating everything Southern! Be sure to wear your favorite apron, pearls, sun-dress or crop jeans, big shades, hats and even gloves if you want to be all Southern. There will be a bake-off for those ladies who love to bake. If that’s not your thing, then bring your favorite dessert for us to taste. We are welcoming all young ladies middle school and up! Come sip some tea, lemonade, or coffee with the CHBC REAL ladies! Vacation Bible School June 8 - 12 | 9AM- Noon We are gearing up for VBS in just one month. Our theme this year is MOVE, and we will be taking a look at some people in the Bible who changed direction and MOVED toward Christ! We would love to have you join our team – we still need several volunteers in the Preschool area, as well as a few key volunteers with the Elementary grades. So let us know today if you can help! Break Away Week June 8-12 | Completed 6th-8th grade students Our theme this year is “Serve the City” and we will be leading VBS for children at Azalea Point Apartments. We will meet each day in the Jr. High Space at 9AM and be back by noon. We need volunteers! If you are interested in helping or have questions contact Chandler at [email protected] or Andrew at [email protected]. Shoot for the Stars Basketball Camp June 8-12| 12PM - 5PM | Ages 7-14 Hosted by the legendary Harlem Globetrotters, Michael Douglas and Larry “Shorty” Coleman. There is limited number of spaces so register soon. You can register either at the ROC or online at www.cottagehill.org/ roc. If you need more information, please contact Diane Capps at 662-8650.
