Meeting Minutes December 5, 2018 Call to Order @ 6:40 PM President: Jeff Jenkins – Present Vice President: Bruce Krich – Present Secretary: Melanie Ottaviano – Present Treasurer: Ken Kriegler - Present Voting Members Present: Heather Carter, Karen Gajewski, Dana Wiley, Sam Engmann, Also Present: Bob Gajewski, Melissa Scheiblein, Jennifer Speer, Chrissy Amling, Kristin Maggiore, Ken Szramek, and Glen Wilson ____________________________________________________________________________ Secretary’s Report: •
November Meeting Minutes were presented by Jeff on Mel’s behalf, approved by Dana Wiley – 2nd by Bruce Krich.
Treasurer’s Report: • • • •
Account balance = $62,420.81 as of 10/31/18 – seconded by Bruce Krich. Income influx is due to football game concessions and spirit wear - same for payments. Donation paid out for Replacement Speaker for Raider Nation - $339.54 Deposit made for Parents Night Out to Boulder Ridge - $250.00

AD Wilson thanked everyone for coming and for all the help in the fall. Confirmed Concession for Girls JV Basketball Tournament December 27th-28th Dance January 6th and 19th and Cheer on January 20th..

Closed up outside concession on 11/11/2018 – Cleaned out fridges/Baking soda placed – Garage is empty – extra supplies on counters and up off of the floor - Jillian moved everything from the trailer. Upcoming events – Dance - January 6th, Sectionals, January 19th. Cheer – January 20th – Dana asked for board members to sign up so we know where coverage is needed. Inside concessions needs locks on coolers – sign hung – bigger microwave and 3nd Keurig moved inside. Donated 7 cases of pop/water for football banquet.

Request sent by Mr. Wilson to coaches for Silent Auction Baskets – Have only heard from Swimming and Softball so far. Melanie presented the status of businesses already contacted. We will need to re-submit request after 12/31/2018. Donations have already started coming in. Spreadsheet downloaded into Google Doc’s. Handed out copies of the Invite and Posters to group. Asked for help to pass out and hang up. Half Sheets to be stationed at Concessions. Bid sheet is formatted for silent auction items.

We will coordinate the purchase and installation with the athletic department – We will re-visit in spring/summer of 2019. HHS Stamp – Jeff to Order – Did this get done? Food Inspection Certificate – Hung in outside concessions. 2022 Sweatshirts/T-Shirts/Raider Nation T-Shirts – Are we donating to FBLA? Crystal Lake Strikers Drum Line to perform on 2/16/2018

Coach Amling presented request for Mirrors for Dance – 5 total and they are mobil $3,793.00 – Approved by the Board. Coach Nordeen e-mailed request for Warm Ups for Track – 100 sets of Jackets/Pants $7,500.00 – Approved by the Board.
