Established in 1998, ISA Guardian & Welfare Services is the original founder of what is now known as independent professional welfare or care giver services. With 19 years’ experience specialising solely in support and advocacy services, it is understandable why over 250 education providers nationally engage ISA services. Over the years we have gleaned a wealth of experience in dealing with critical incidents involving students. We work collaboratively with education providers to enhance and support their internal welfare programs, particularly in regards to students under the age of 18. A unique software package is available to education providers “FREE”, to assist providers comply with their obligations under the ESOS Act and National Code. With a network of over 100 bilingual care givers, spread across every major city in Australia, we have the resources, technology, and experience to provide high quality professional care and support to students, their families and education providers.
