QUALITY ASSURANCE 1. EVALUATION AND ASSIGNMENT We receive your file by e-mail. It is evaluated by our Project Manager, who assigns it to a translator with that specific area of expertise. 2. TRANSLATION The selected translator translates the text using the appropriate terminology 3.VERIFICATION A proofreader checks the completed translation for the proper style, proper sentences, vocabulary, punctuation etc. 4. CHECKING AND FORMATING Each translation undergoes a final check before delivery to the client. Modifications and revisions may be needed in view of changes during the translation process, for example updating the Table of Contents, page numbers, etc. This is part of our total service and high quality standards. 5. DELIVERY The Project Manager then sends the translation to the client by e-mail. 6. CONFIRMATION The client confirms receipt of the translation. This completes the transaction.
