Prepare for a Leading US University: Two-year College Programs For international students who want to complete their secondary schooling in the US, the American Success and American Honors High School Completion programs provide a supportive, challenging global education experience. At the end of the program, students can earn an associate degree and high school diploma to then transfer to a leading US university to complete a bachelor’s degree.

From enrollment through transfer, you receive personalized guidance on everything from your degree plan and course selection to financial aid and the transfer process.

University transfer network and transfer support American Honors students enjoy unique access to our National Transfer Network, the only one of its kind in the US. Graduates may apply to a combination of in- and out-of network universities. Some American Honors network participants offer benefits that include but are not limited to, fee waivers, course transfer agreements, or conditional acceptance. American Success students have access to the Community Colleges of Spokane’s transfer network which includes universities such as University of Washington, Gonzaga University, Whitworth University and more.
Students must be 16 years old by the first day of class International students must be full-time enrolled students. Classes count toward students earning both their high school diploma and their associate degree from the college. Students enrolling in the high school completion program are evaluated for academic readiness upon arrival at the college. Partnering with an advisor, students will determine an optimal pathway to earn their high school diploma and associate degree. Students seeking English language preparation prior to enrolling in the high school completion program may enroll in the American Success program and transition once English proficiency standards are met.
Housing & Accommodations Live with an American family and enjoy a fully-furnished private room with three meals a day. Homestays are generally located within 45 minutes of campus and convenient to public transportation. Your homestay will be arranged by the community college post-acceptance.

Transfer to a US university
In the High School Completion program students are enrolled in the Community Colleges of Spokane. Students will go through an academic review process to ensure they take the necessary classes to earn a high school diploma and an associate degree. Graduates from the Community Colleges of Spokane High School Completion program will earn an associate degree from the college and can petition to receive a Washington state high school diploma.
