High School Students!!! East Arkansas Community College offers a program that will allow you to earn college credit while still attending high school. This program is known as Concurrent Enrollment. What is Concurrent Enrollment?
This program is designed for students in grades 9-12. Concurrent enrollment is the enrollment of a high school student in college for high school credit and college-level credit. Qualified instructors teach the course at your school or within the school district. All general education courses transfer to four-year state universities. Possible concurrent credit courses to be offered at your high school:
General Education Courses Include: English Composition Art Appreciation US History College Algebra Intro to Sociology Intro to Oral Communication (Speech)
Suggested Electives: Medical Terminology Computer Fundamentals Into to Criminal Justice Health & Safety Concepts of Physical Activity
