The Southern Style peppery, crunchy coating is blended with a flavourful and authentic spicy mix of cayenne peppers, vinegar, garlic and chili with subtle sweet notes. The spice perfectly balances the delicate, mild and slightly sweet flavour of the premium 2 oz. Cod Strips.
