PARAWAY PLUS: Adult use only. Take two capsules daily in the morning for the first 10 days. Then five capsules in the morning for the next 20 days. Do not exceed five capsules a day. Not for long term use. LIFIBER: Add 1 level scoop to 8-10 oz. of water. Mix and drink immediately. Can be mixed in with Complete. COMPLETE VANILLA: Combine two level scoops with 8 oz. of water or milk. Mix well and enjoy ENZYGEN PLUS: Take 1 capsule, with breakfast.
AFTER BREAKFAST: OMEGALIFE-3: Take 2 capsules with water. For best results take 1-2 hours after LiFiber.

protein muffins 2 scoops of vanilla complete 1/4 cup oats ( blended into powder) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt 1/2 ripe banana 2 tbsp almond butter 2 eggs 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
directions: preheat oven to 350 degrees. put 1/4 cup oats in a blender or food processor until it reaches a course powder ( you can also roughly chop oats on cutting bord with a knife) mash 1.2 banana in a large mixing bowl, add course oat powder and the rest of the ingredients to bowl, mix until smooth. grease mini muffin tin and fill with batter 3/4 the way full. bake for 12 minutes. optional: add chopped walnuts to the batter for an extra crunch, add sliced strawberries and nut butter to the finished product. serving size: 2 mini muffins carbs: 6g, fats: 5g, protein: 6g

directions: add all ingredients to blender, mix until smooth, pour batter onto a lightly greased pan ( coconut oil), medium heat. cook about 3 minutes each side.
