31st October 2016 Dear Parent/Carers, On Tuesday 8th November, children in Reception Class will be visiting Natural History Museum in Central London. They will leave school and travel by London Transport to and from the Museum. There will be a high level of adult supervision throughout the trip. Arrival time back at the school will be approximately 3.30pm. The charge for this trip will be £1.00 per child. Although transport and admission to the Museum is free, there is a workshop booked for the children which is chargeable. Full school uniform is required for this trip. Pupils should bring a drink and a packed lunch which should be carried in a plastic bag. Glass bottles or cans are not allowed. Please note, anyone entitled to a free school meal is also entitled to a free packed lunch. Free packed lunches are not available to children who take a free hot dinner because they are in FS2 – only children whose parents are eligible for free school meals because of a low income. If you are entitled to free school meals and you wish to order a packed lunch please indicate on the slip below – please note that you will still need to provide a drink as this is not provided with the school packed lunch. Please complete the slip below and return to Miss Monkman by Friday 4th November with payment. Failure to return the slip could prevent your child from taking part. Yours sincerely,
