Registration lnstructions Note: Do not use this form for Under 6 registration. Players born after July 31, 2010 should use the Under 6 registration form. A U6 registration form can be obtained from our website at: www.boonecountvsoccer.com. Late registrations are due by Jan. 15, 2017. The cost for late registration is S75. Player Placement Since this is late registration all registrations at this point are accepted on a first come first serve basis and there is no guarantee
of
placement on a particular team or placement on any team at all. No requests. There will be no refunds after Feb. t, for any reason. Registrations will not be accepted over the phone or through the internet. Please note that in recreational soccer coaches cannot request who is placed on their teams. All forms and guidelines can be found online at; www.boonecounWsoccer.com. The BCYSA is not accepting any late resistrations for over age U13 sirls for the spring this includes those that played in the fall.
