Registration Requirements:
It is the competitor’s responsibility to register for this program before the date of the event in which you plan to compete. If you fail to register before the event, no contingency will be paid for the event. Contingency participants only need to register for this program once per year unless there is a change to your original registration. Participants may register for this program at: https://www.hoosiertire.com/nasareg_db.asp.
Usage Requirements:
1. To be eligible for this program, competitors must be using Hoosier Racing Tires on all four wheel positions during all qualifying and race sessions. 2. Decals Requirement: YES 3. # of Decals: 3 4. Location: One decal must be placed on each side of the vehicle as well as on the front. No exceptions will be made for this rule. No competing tire decals. 5. Patches Required: Yes, one on the chest pocket area of the driver’s suit. 6. Decal availability: Decals will be mailed once registered. Additional decals are available through Tim Gilvin at (574) 784-3152 or [email protected].
Class Eligibility: Award Details:
AIX, GTSU, GTS1, GTS2, GTS3, GTS4, GTS5, PTB, PTC, PTD, PTE, PTF, ST1, ST2, ST3, SU, TTU, TT1, TT2, TT3, TTB, TTC, TTD, TTE, TTF Product awards are available to 1st and/or 2nd and/or 3rd place drivers for each open tire NASA class for the main Championships race. A minimum of 5 starters are required in a class to claim 1st and 2nd place awards, 10 starters are required to claim 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards. See Payout schedule above for award amounts. Contingency forms must be completely filled out and properly signed.
Redemption forms can be found here. https://www.hoosiertire.com/rrtire.htm Awards must be claimed within 30 days of the completion of each eligible event. A copy of the Official race results and a Hoosier Tire Contingency Redemption Form should be forwarded to Hoosier Racing Tire as soon as possible to ensure timely processing. Contingencies will not be awarded until both items are submitted to and received by Hoosier Racing Tire. This is a mandatory requirement and there will be no exceptions.
