Hornets Buzz! On a wet and rainy day the players were buzzing all over the field in New Lenox as the girls cheered loud and proud. Thank you to all the coaches, families and fans for supporting the players and cheerleaders through the dismal weather!

Important Information: 1) Homecoming - This year’s homecoming Day will be held on Saturday, October 1st. We will start the eventful day at the football field and afterwards enjoy an evening of dancing and socializing. The coordinators and volunteers will be working hard to make this a very special event. 2) Cheer Competition – The first competition for the cheerleaders is set for Sunday, October 9th. Our second competition will be Sunday, October 16th. Please make sure you review the mandatory competition schedule effective September 25th. 3) Ad Book Cover – The winners of the ad book cover designs are: Katy Jabaay for the front cover and Cameron Swann for the back cover. They both won $100 gift certificate for spirit wear by Choice Designs. 4) Board Elections – The positions up for election this year are Vice President, Treasurer and Athletic Director. If you are interested in running for one of these positions please advise the current board of your intentions before October 23rd. If you have questions regarding a position please see any board member.
