Houston Downtown Redevelopment Master Plan
SWA led a team of urban designers and architects to prepare an urban design master plan for downtown Houston. The master plan incorporates the needs of METRO and the downtown business community with major recommendations for streetscape improvements, open space and vehicular circulation. In addition SWA and Rey de la Reza AIA, Architects developed design vocabulary for the urban streetscape elements of downtown Houston.
