Summer camps at HEC are jam-packed with exciting events and tons fun. Campers’ activities include obstacle courses, water balloon wars, contests, arts and crafts, organized games, free play and loads and loads of tumbling and cheerleading. Please bring your own lunch and drinks. HEC will provide snacks. Campers must wear tennis shoes and active gym attire. Campers will be notified prior to special themed days and/or water days if swim suits and a change of clothes will be required. A $50.00 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is required to hold a spot for each session. The remaining balance is due before noon on the Thursday before the first day of the session. Payment for camp can be made in cash or by checks; Credit/debit cards will include a $5.00 transaction fee. Refunds, credits or proration will not be given for any missed camp days. No makeup is offered for missed camp days. To reschedule a camp reservation, we must be notified via email 24 hours prior to the commencement of the original camp date. A fee of $15.00 will be issued to reschedule a camp date and is due before the commencement of the rescheduled session. Payments made in advance or the day of will include a $10.00. There is a 5% sibling discount available for the 2nd child and a 10% discount for the 3rd child from the same family. We offer discounts for campers who register, pay in full and pay in advance for more than two summer camp sessions. Drop Off Time: 8:45 am - 9:00 am Pick Up Time: 4:00 pm - 4:15 pm Register in person at the front desk or via email at [email protected] to reserve a spot.
