HOW DO I CONVERT ACTIVITIES INTO STEPS? Multiply the number of minutes you performed the activity by the number of steps per minute listed in the chart. For example, if you did yoga for 50 minutes at a moderate intensity, record 6,050 steps (50 X 121 = 6,050). Only record these steps into Well-Being Together if you were NOT wearing a connected pedometer or device during the activity.
