How To Access Your Purchases On The Aware Show When you purchased, you should have be directed to a web page that displayed your login email address and password. Please record these items below for your records: My Email Login Address:______________________________________________________ My Login Password: _________________________________________________________ To access your purchase, please proceed to the web site, http://theawareshow.com/. On this page, you will see in the top menu bar the text ‘Customer Login’. Please see the graphic below:

You should be directed to the Customer Login page as illustrated below:
On this page, please enter your email address and password that you recorded in the first step and then click the ‘Login’ button.
If you do encounter troubles logging in, then please contact our support department by emailing
[email protected] or by clicking on the blue Support tab on the left hand side of the web screen window.

If you have successfully logged in, there are a few options open to you. First and foremost, you can access your purchase(s) with the Aware Show by selecting the link on the page.
If you are a first time customer, the web site will generate a password automatically that may not be easy to remember. You can easily change this. You can enter a new password twice below your product access links. This can be any password that is easy for you to remember.

Please remember that passwords are case‐sensitive meaning, that if you use capital letters, you will continue to need to use those capital letters in the password. For example, ‘Password’ is not the same as ‘password’. The first letter ‘P’ is capitalized in one. If you happen to insert a password that is too short, then you will be presented with this message:
Simply click the ‘OK’ button and try again. Your password needs to be at least 8 characters long. If all was successful, you should be presented with the following message:
Please be sure to change your records on the first page of this document to reflect your new password. Finally, you can log out of your account, if you wish too.
Logging out when you are on a computer that is not your own is a great idea. This way, your account will not be compromised by another individual. Page 4 of 4
