How to Add Files to the Library 1. To upload a document to the community library, first click the “Library” tab on the community landing page.

2. You will see two columns. One on the left labeled “Folders” and one on the right labeled “Folder Contents”. When you click on a folder, the contents of that folder will display in the right-hand column.

3. Select the folder you would like to upload the file to, and under the “Folder Contents” column on the right, select the “New” icon: or the green, “Create New Library Entry” button : 4. Enter a title and description for your file. Select the type of file you are uploading which, for the most part, will be Standard File Upload. Click “next” 5. Click “Choose” to select the file you would like to upload from your computer. Once chosen, select “Upload” and then Finish and, upon approval, you will see your file in the library.
