“Recession is the main threat for content production. Content providers’ income has significantly decreased the past five years due to the up to 50% decrease of advertising expenditure”

“A local broadcaster that used to invest in content now will think more carefully in which products it will invest to maximise investment.”

“Where youth channels such as MTV are part of the standard TV channel package, YouTube channels are real youth domains. Adults play no part, and do not even know of the existence of these channels … That is for the advertising industry very attractive”

“Unfair competition: foreign channels (with licence granted from other EU country) which are targeted to our small local market and compete with locallicensed channels but do not have the same requirements … to contribute for an achievement of local cultural goals and support local industry”
