How to fill out NPC Mobile Application
1. Enter the fees that will be charged to the merchant for the NPC Mobile product under “NPC Secure or Other Internet” in Section 9: Schedule of Fees.
2. Section 11: Equipment Setup – If Applicable, enter NPC Mobile Card Reader in the “Other” area of this section.
3. Section 11: Equipment Software Information – Enter “Roam Data” as software name and Publisher name.
4. Enter Mobile Carrier, 10 digit cell phone number and model of cell phone in the Equipment Comments section (see example below). NOTE: Without this information, the application will be pended. This information needs to be entered for the iPad and iPod touch also.
