How to set up an Authorized User

  How  to  set  up  an  Authorized  User:        

       

 

 

1.   Start  at  the  Portal  log-­‐in  page  by  going  to  www.castleton.edu/portal.    DO  NOT  log-­‐in  here.   2.   Under  the  Log-­‐in  button,  click  on     “VSC  Bill  Payment  for  Students  and   Authorized  Users”.  

   

3.   Log-­‐in  at  the  Students  and  Staff   Box  using  your  Portal  user  name   and  password               4.   Once  on  the  Ebilling  Homepage,   click  on  the  Authorized  Users  icon   on  the  far  right  side  of  the  page;   under  My  Profile  Setup.            

  5.   Under  Add  Authorized  User   •     Enter  the  email  address  of       the  person  you  adding  as  the        Authorized  User.   •   Answering  Yes  to  all  3  questions   gives  access  to  billing  information   only.   •   Click  Continue              

6.   Read  the  Agreement,  if  you  agree,  click  the  “I  Agree”  button,  then  click  continue.     7.   You  will  be  able  to  see  the  Authorized  Users  for  your  account.        

Each  Authorized  User  will  receive  two  emails.       1)  User  name,  and     2)  a  generic  one-­‐time  password.
