How We Operate This is a formal policy on how we run things here in Deaths Echo, and all policies must be adhered to by all members and trials, whether raiding or not. This standards set forth in this guide directly represent how our players are to conduct themselves AT ALL TIMES because how YOU act reflects upon US. Chain of Command o You should take any issues/questions you have to the ranks of players in this guild in the order listed below. Communication is vital, we aren’t mind readers and only know what you tell us. Guardian => Officer => B.O.S.S Integrity o This is an important trait to possess to be a decent human being, much less a decent raider in this guild. Harassment/Racism o This will be tolerated in no way, shape or form and if reported will result in immediate punishment. Don’t Take It Personal o If you can’t handle the constructive criticism given to you, then you should probably look somewhere else for a raid team. ZERO Raiding Outside of Guild o This is a raiding guild, and you are a part of our raiding team. In reference to Mythic lockouts, you can only be locked to one Mythic instance a week. In other words, if you pug Mythic bosses, you hamper our progression team. If you have been given permission by an Officer, you may PUG a raid. o If you are not given permission, you do not raid until our raid week is over.
MIA/AFK Notifications o If you are going to miss a raid night or scheduled guild event, you MUST communicate this to us in the MIA/AFK forum. No ifs, ans, or buts; no show-no post will result in no raid. If you cannot access the forum for whatever reason, you should communicate to an officer via Battle.net app/In-game mail/Text/Mumble. Inactivity o If any member of the guild if inactive for 4 months of inactive status, you will be demoted to Member, after 1 more month you will be removed from the guild. You can rejoin when you return to the game, but must re-apply and re-trial for your raid spot. Zero Drama Policy o Title says it all, start drama and start walking.
