This guide is intended to install WeWork printer services on a MacOS 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, 10.10, 10.11 computer. Please make sure you have administrative rights on your computer before proceeding with the install.

MacOS PaperCut Client

Install the printer drivers downloaded from Step 1 by launching the .dmg file. You will be prompted for your password which you will need to enter to proceed and finish the installation.

1) Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Unlock the window > Set to Allow apps downloaded from: Anywhere 2) Double-click Papercut-OSX.zip you downloaded from Step 2. Then, open the extracted folder “mac”

3) Double-click setup.app file. You will be prompted with the following:

Click Open 4) Proceed to the next prompt:

Click Yes 5) Proceed to the next prompt:

Click OK

6) PaperCut will launch and you will be asked for your User Login and Pin. You can find this information here. Once logged in, you will see the PaperCut widget on your desktop:

7) Switch Allow apps downloaded in Security and Privacy back to its previous state if you wish to by clicking the lock (Optional)

1) Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners. Click the ( + ) sign to add a printer. Navigate to IP Tab:

2) Fill in the following information for the fields in this window: a) Address: p.wework.com b) Protocol: Internet Printing Protocol - IPP c) Queue: printers/WeWork - Golden Gate members please use printers/WeWork for Konica, printers/WeWork2 for Kyocera, printers/WeWorkHP for HP d) Name: <Enter name of choice> e) Use > Select Software: ○ HP Color LaserJet Flow MFP m880 ○ Kyocera Taskalfa 3051ci (KPDL) ○ Konica Minolta C224/C224e PS

Click Add. You will be prompted for tray options. Click OK to accept the default tray options.

a. Send any document to the printer by printing from your computer. You will be prompted for your PaperCut ID and Pin on the first print of the day. If you idle for more than 1 hour, you will be prompted again. b. Go to any printer and log in using your PaperCut ID and Pin. c. Find the release feature and print the selected document(s) *Note: If you need help with releasing a print, please ask a community manager for assistance
