Certification Think about where you want your campus to end up in May. If you want to certify in any level, be sure to let Laura know by emailing

Cohort 1 (Year 2 Schools) What you should be doing now Even if you are already certified in Levels 1 or 2, it’s important to remember that this work must be continued. Use quick data to ensure your PLCs are running efficiently and consistently. Also, make sure you have instructional rounds in place and that they are functioning well. A look ahead Take a look at your proficiency scale development. Hopefully, this is something you have started or at least have planned. Now is the time to start writing these scales. Remember that we can help!
Cohort 2 (Year 1 Schools) What you should be doing now If you haven’t already, you should begin PLCs on a consistent basis. Have a plan in place to determine topics and agendas. We want these to be times teachers can truly collaborate on effective teaching strategies. A look ahead We will be training on instructional rounds February 7. This is an exciting way for teachers to get a glimpse into other classrooms to bring back ideas and strategies.
All schools: What now?
COMING UP Check the schedule in Classroom (in the About tab) or in the shared folder for your next training date.
Revisit your action plans and your anticipated completion dates. Have you put into place any components you realized you needed? If not, what are some steps you can take to do that now? If you have already done the things you originally planned, think about what can be done next to help you reach your goal.
How can we help? Just in case you missed it, we have created a menu to make it easy to request our assistance in any of these areas. Here is the form: https://goo.gl/forms/cH3BdXSyM0fHe4oE3
