HYDRAFLEX™ PVC30 POLY VINYL CHLORIDE

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION HydraFlex™ Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) is a commonly specified lining material. HydraFlex™ PVC30 is manufactured by the calendaring or extrusion process, it is a highly flexible, nonreinforced, cost-effective, waterproofing geomembrane with many uses and advantages. HydraFlex™ PV-Series has excellent abrasion resistance. It is resistant to a number of industrial chemicals. Because of its high flexibility, HydraFlex™ PV-Series readily conforms to sub grade contours and offers excellent interface friction without being textured. The use of a HydraFlex™ PV-Series liner prevents contaminants from entering groundwater sources or streams. HydraFlex™ PV-Series is available in a variety of formulations including fish grade and oil resistant. Thicknesses include 10 Mil, 20 Mil, 30 Mil, 40 Mil, 50 Mil, and 60 Mil. HydraFlex™ PVC30 requires 12 inches of clean cover soil and if properly covered it can provide a service life of over 20 years.

PRODUCT USE HydraFlex™ PVC30 is a cost effective liner solution perfect for decorative pond and lakes, water features, fish hatcheries, reservoirs, canals, aquatic habitats, and more. Because it can be pre-fabricated and delivered to the jobs site in large panels, it can reduce jobsite seaming by up to 88%. Using pre-fabricated panels of HydraFlex™ PVC30 makes it possible for crews to install acres of lining per day and reduce overall construction time. HydraFlex™ PVC can be easily installed by unrolling and unfolding the liner into the pond and seaming the panels using adhesives or wedge welders. An approved PVC adhesive allows for ease of seaming, repair and detailed field fabrication.
