The Niche: Here's a shirt in the real estate niche. I haven't really paid much attention to this niche personally. My partner did a few successful launches awhile ago when we first starting to see success. Not sure how lucrative the niche is, this campaign did sell enough to tip, but I put it
in the failure section because it's a good chance this campaign didn't actually make any profit. The Design: The design isn't super ugly but I don't personally like it and it would have been something that I would have sent back to the designers to tell them to give me something a bit better. I'm not really feeling this particular choice of font for either of the fonts up there. The shirt is just kind of bland with the current choice of font, the change up doesn't really make great of an impact because the font that they changed up into wasn't a good looking font. The design is two colors, which does make the design look a little better, but not enough. The Concept: Here's another play off of the famous Jay-Z line, “I got 99 problems but a b$t:)h ain't one”, this is definitely far from a tailored concept but I've used this concept a few times in the past with success. It's not tailored but it is just a really popular saying that can be twisted to fit almost any niche. Some niches it works really good in. Most it won't. This particular case was pretty much a failure, I'm 100% sure the real estate niche has seen this concept applied to their niche over and over. Possible Targeting Angles: Spent some time researching a couple of passionate looking folks and using FB suggestions and came out with what looks to be a solid set of interests that I want to test out myself, but if you guys want to throw a concept at the realtor niche, here's a great start: realtorcompro real estate lead generation official real estate referral group free help for real estate agents real estate buyers agent council rebac

Copy, Banner & Approach:
So, I'm not feeling the ad copy approach AT ALL. The ad banner is quite simple as well but it IS a really big zoomed in image which is good for the Photo post PPE ad. Overall not much to say about the ad approach, not something I would recommend doing personally. What Fans Are Saying: N/A
