Pillow Sewing Instructions 1. Place (2) Fabric D triangles, right sides together, Sew down the angled sides, as shown, to make one tooth (Fig. 1). Turn the tooth ride side out and press. Repeat to make (8) teeth total. Set aside.

From the Dino Characters - Med. Teal (A), cut: • (1) 25 ½” x 31 ½” From the Starry Basics - Green (B), cut: • (1) 2” x 30 ½” From the Scale - Green (C), cut: • (1) 4” x 30 ½”
Fig. 1 2. Fold under the long edge of the 4” x 30 ½” Fabric C strip, ¼” and then a second ¼” and press. Topstitch along the folded edge to finish (Fig. 2).

Fig. 2 3. Following the manufacturer’s instructions to trace the listed number of each template onto the paper side of the fusible web. Roughly cut out each template about ⅛” outside the drawn lines. Press each template onto the wrong side of the fabrics as listed on the templates. Cut out each template on the drawn lines. 4. Refer to Figure 3 to arrange and press the templates onto the Fabric C strip. Please note the finished edge on the Fabric C goes toward the top. C

I Love You This Much 5. Finish the raw edges of each shape with a decorative stitch such as a buttonhole or satin stitch to finish the top band. 6. Sew the 2” x 30 ½” Fabric B strip to the bottom of the top band to complete the top band. 7. Follow Figure 4 to arrange the eight teeth on the right side of the 25 ½” x 30 ½” Fabric A piece. Using a scant ¼” baste the teeth to the Fabric A piece to make the bottom section.

Fig. 4 8. Place the Top band on top of the bottom section, right sides together and sew the two sections together to make the pillow case (Fig. 5).

9. Fold the pillow case in half as shown in Figure 6. Sew down one side and across the bottom to make the pillow case. Use a zig zag stitch in the sewn seams to finished the seams. Turn right side out and insert pillow.
