Luke 4 Initiative 2017 Coaching Packages Beyond our group trainings, we offer additional coaching sessions with one of our L4i coaches for individuals or teams who want to continue to sharpen their leadership skills, or help their team grow and dive deeper into the work they are called to do. The following coaching packages are available:
Leader/Team-Builder “a la carte” Coaching $40 – 1 hour phone call with one of our trained coaches. This option is for individuals who want to continue to develop their leadership capacity, or team leaders who want a little extra coaching beyond the training. Choose this option if you only want one, two, or three coaching sessions. Sign up for each session individually. Register at luke4alacarte.eventbrite.com
Coaching Packages (must register for package by 5:00pm on Jan 31) $120 – Individuals/Team Leaders – Four 1-hour monthly phone sessions (Feb – May). Individuals can choose this package if they want to continue developing their leadership capacity or start building a team. Team leaders can choose this package to focus on building capacity within their team to achieve their goal. Choose this option and get 4 coaching sessions for the price of 3! $280 – Team Leaders ONLY – Three 1-hour monthly phone sessions with team leaders, plus one ON-SITE visit with entire team (Feb-May). This option is for teams who want to work together on achieving a project goal in the course of 6 months to 1 year. The coaching will focus primarily on the team’s shared purpose and goal, while developing the team leader’s capacity to empower and build leadership in team members.
