Performance  was  31%  better  inside  the  RW  Protect  Insulated  Value  Bag.     The  RW  Protect  Insulated  Value  Bag  kept  the  product  at  a  more  constant  temperature   compared  to  the  temperature  loss  outside  the  bag.       22.4°F  degrees  lost  inside  the  RW  Protect  Insulated  Value  Bag  compared  to  29.4°F  degrees   outside.

Scope:   We  tested  the  change  in  temperature  of  a  3-­‐gallon  tub  of  ice  cream  in  an  ambient  environment   against  the  change  of  temperature  of  the  ice  cream  while  stored  inside  the  RW  Protect  Insulated   Value  Bag.    The  RW  Protect  Insulated  Value  Bag  did  not  have  dry  ice  in  it.  Using  temperature-­‐ monitoring  probes  we  charted  the  temperature  every  hour  for  9  hours  and  discovered  that   performance  was  31%  better  inside  the  RW  Protect  Insulated  Value  Bag.   This report was prepared by RW Protect, a division of RefrigiWear, Inc.
