ICE WOLVES YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION Additional guidelines and clarification regarding Ice Wolves and Region 4 Scholarships for the 20162017 season: -
All scholarship applications (Ice Wolves Robbie Pecho and Region 4 Fenton Kelsey) should be submitted to the Ice Wolves Registrar with your registration forms.

Your registration forms and scholarship application(s) must be received by the Ice Wolves Registrar no later than August 15, 2016 to be considered for an Ice Wolves Scholarship and to be forwarded on to the Region.

The Ice Wolves President will meet with the Registrar to sign all scholarship applications and the President and Registrar will then forward the Fenton Kelsey forms on to the region prior to the deadline.

You must also submit at the time of registration your registration fees, in two checks (each for ½ of your total registration fees). These checks should be postdated January 1, 2017. These checks will be held until after Region scholarship recipients and Ice Wolves scholarship recipients are determined.

The Region’s Fenton Kelsey scholarship recipients are not announced until after January 1. The Ice Wolves will make their scholarship selections and announcements after the Region's decisions are made. Even if you apply only for the Ice Wolves Robbie Pecho scholarship, you will not be notified of the scholarship funds received until after the Region’s decisions are made as we (the Ice Wolves) need to know of the Region’s scholarship recipients before we can make our own decisions.

You may choose to apply for only an Ice Wolves Scholarship (for up to ½ of you total registration fees) or a Region (Fenton Kelsey) scholarship AND an Ice Wolves (Robbie Pecho) scholarship. Because the region requires the local association to match any scholarship funds awarded by the region, there is not an option to apply only for the Region’s Fenton Kelsey scholarship. Application for the Fenton Kelsey will automatically require you to complete the Ice Wolves application as well.
