IGNITE 28 Contract of Participation Please review the firm and clear contract terms of participation in I GNITE 28 . If you agree to adhere, without fail, to the terms and requirements set forth, for yourself and all members, sign and date at bottom. If you feel you may “fudge” a little or skip one or two, thank you for not joining. For the terms of the 28 days of IGNITE I agree t o be transparent in my actions, to commit to the practice and readily report any fail and success. I agree to be o pen, honest and always in integrity. I will not hide and watch. I agree t o support others and especially my accountability group. To stay active and present. I agree to choose to have the time and space for me, my wellness, health and vitality for these 28 days. In that I will support others to serve my own freedom. I will find my 30 60 minutes a day to move my body and enjoy the moment. I will eat the foods as I have committed to. That being lean, clean, green. I will e njoy water as the beverage of choice in abundance, all day. Every day. I will refrain from consuming wheat products, not because we are gluten intolerant but because we want to get the sneaky insulin spikes out of our lives. I will not have sugar in any refined form. Sugar that is in fruit or the God built in to foods we eat is a nonissue. I will refrain from enjoying any alcohol during this very short time period. I will not struggle with this choice but relish in the freedom it affords me. I will have a 5 gram serving of glutamine powder in the morning and 5 grams (tablespoon) in the early evening to calm any cravings I may have developed and because it’s good for me. And finally, if I fail to achieve a 90% A grade on this, according to the points, I agree to send the $100 bill I have attached to this to the candidate for president that most terrifies me. The one I am not v oting for. I will do everything within my power to ensure that I do not have to experience this agony—that I will have the $100 to enjoy myself. STOP DOING LIST One of the most important steps in the process of change is the STOP DOING LIST. Often, as in most often, it is less the things we not doing than the things we are that are holding us back. And keeping us down. Using a STOP LIST like this makes the things you are giving up — you are simply not tolerating any more in your life — explicit. If you do not write them down your mind will modify your commitment and it will change over time. Take a moment and list the things you are giving up for this 28 day revival period. You know them. Your kryptonite. Whatever is working against you being your best, fittest, clearest self can go. I have started it off here with a few of the ReBOOT Rules. Add to this as many as you like.
