Immunization Clinic for Harleton ISD Students Back to School Immunizations The Harrison-Marion County Health District will conduct an immunization clinic for students of the Harleton ISD students at: 8 am – 12 pm Tuesday July 18th, 2017 Harleton United Methodist Church 13370 FM 450 N Harleton, Texas 75651 Be sure to bring the following to the Clinic: 1. A current copy of the child’s immunization record from the school, daycare or doctor’s office. 2. If the child has Medicaid a copy of the child’s Medicaid card. Children with Medicaid will receive the immunizations without charges. 3. If the child has no insurance, the usual charge is $14. Such children in this Clinic will be immunized free thanks to grants by the Harleton branch of the First National Bank of Hughes Springs and the United Methodist Church. 4. Any child under 17 years of age must have an adult to sign consents. The Harrison-Marion County Health only has state provided vaccines, therefore your child must meet eligibility requirements to receive vaccines. Children with private insurance – Blue Cross, Clue Shield, Aetna, etc. – whether paid privately or through work, cannot receive these vaccines. These children should be taken to your doctor.
