IMPORTANT CHANGES-Please READ Commercial Exhibitors, The Arabian Horse Association of Arizona and all of its shows will be producing a product line that will be available for purchase exclusively through AHAA and its shows year round. Therefore no outside vendor will be allowed to sell merchandise that directly references the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona and any of its entities (a complete list below). This took effect on September 1, 2015 and will be in effect for all shows produced by the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona until otherwise announced. All exhibitors are asked to submit a detail list of items for sale at the Scottsdale Show. If any items conflict with our policy they will not be permitted to be sold. Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show agrees that it will not grant any other event merchandise company or vendor the right to conduct retail sale of the inventory at the event’s and elsewhere, and that such arrangements are in violation of the exclusivity granted in this section. Inventory shall include all merchandise such as, but not limited to: Hats, Baseball Caps, Visors, Knit Caps, Jackets, Sweatshirts, TShirts, Polos, Vests, Baby Onsies, Baby Booties, Pens, Glassware, Mugs, Shot Glasses, Tumblers, Banners, Pins, Magnets, Stickers, Posters, Key Chains, Luggage Tags, Bags, Koozies, Landyards, License Plate Frames, Towels, Phone Covers, Money Clips, Cork Screws, Bottle Openers, Divot Sets that contain any or all of the following marks or phases: Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show Scottsdale Horse Show Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show Scottsdale Show Arizona or AZ Horse Show Arizona or AZ Arabian Show Arizona or AZ Show Horse Show AHAA Arabian Arabian Horse Association of Arizona Arizona or AZ (in relation to anything with horses) Scottsdale (in relation to anything with horses) Dated (2016,2017 etc.) (in relation to anything with horses) Show (in relation to anything with horses) WestWorld Horse Show Arabian Horse Association of America Thank you in advance for your full cooperation with this new change.
