UNITED STATES INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMMISSION
Washington, D.C.
In the Matter of CERTAIN RUBBER RESINS AND PROCESSES FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
ORDER NO. 20:
Inv. N0. 337-TA-849
AMENDING THE PROCEDURAL SCHEDULE (December 14, 2012)
The investigation was instituted upon publication of the Notice of Investigation in the Federal Register on June 26, 2012. See 77 Fed. Reg. 38083-84 (2012). 19 CFR § 2l0.10(b).
On July 24, 2012, the Chief Administrative Law Judge issued Order No 5, which set the
procedural schedule in this investigation. On November 26, 2012, the Chief Administrative Law Judge reassigned this matter to me.
The current procedural schedule sets a date to commence the hearing in this matter just two weeks after the hearing in Investigation No. 337-TA-833. It is necessary to reschedule the
hearing dates of the instant matter to provide adequate time to conduct the hearing in Investigation No. 337-TA-833 as originally scheduled and to adequately space the trials and
initial determinations in the two to devote the necessary time to the hearings and drafting of Initial Determinations in both cases.
1
Based upon the foregoing, the Procedural Schedule in this matter is hereby amended to
reflect the dates set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto.
SO ORDERED.
R e ‘K. Rogers, Jr. Admi 'sh"ative Law Judge
