STEP ONE:

STEP TWO:

Start by standing upright.

Reach down to where your palms can touch the ground.

STEP THREE:

STEP FOUR:

Walk hands out away from your feet.

Stop once you reach a high plank position (arms extended, hands below shoulders, straight line drawn with body). For an extra challenge walk hands out a little farther than just below shoulders. Walk hands back to feet. Stand up all of the way. Repeat.
