India— Kashmir and Jammu Nun and K un, 1988. A 95-m em ber team from the Indian A rm y was led by Lieutenant C olonel H .S. M ann. Nun was clim bed by two different routes. Four men m ade the first Indian ascent o f the difficult east ridge, w hile 21 others did the norm al west route in three batches. Kun was clim bed by 22 clim bers in three groups. K a m a l K .
