The Grand Jury Charges that DAVID SLAUGHTER: On or about the 11 th day of July, 2006, in the County of Arlington, by force, threat, intimidation, or deception and without legal justification or excuse, did seize, take, transport, detain, or secrete the person of Cherith Zorbas, with the intent to deprive her of her personal liberty, in violation of ยงยง 18.2-47; 18.2-10 of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended.
